FCMBOnline Token provides a seamless way to authenticate your online transactions using your mobile devices. This application offers an efficient alternative to the hardware and SMS token typically utilized for transaction authentication on FCMBOnline (Personal & Business).

• To activate the app, users can log in to FCMBOnline, FCMBMobile Plus, contact the Contact Centre, or visit their nearest FCMB branch. New users will need a Serial Number, Activation Code, and Customer ID for activation, while existing users will require a Serial Number, Activation Code, Reactivation Code, and Customer ID.
• For personal users, the Customer ID should be the first seven digits of their account number. Business users are advised to visit the nearest FCMB branch.
